My ebook download link expired, can it be re-sent to me?

Can I join and cancel my subscription to the Cooking Circle at any time?

Yes, you can join and cancel at any time. Sign in to your account for both options.

What are the Cooking Circle payment options?

To join the Cooking Circle, you can subscribe for $5, billed monthly or $54 (10% off), billed yearly. Each time your membership renews and your account is charged, you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice.

How will I know when new Cooking Circle content is live?

New content will be live on the 1st of every month. Subscribers will also receive an email notifying them of all new things.

I forgot my Cooking Circle password, how do I reset it?

After clicking the Sign In link on the homepage, you can click Forgot password? to send yourself a password reset email. This link expires after 24 hours.

Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final, and we don’t offer refunds at this time. Please email us through the contact form with any specific issues.

I’m not able to afford the Cooking Circle subscription, do you offer discounts/scholarships?
